Active: The Max answers ARP requests on behalf of the IP address(es)
on the remote end of a profile only when the profile is up.
Always: The Max answers ARP requests for these IPs even if the profile
is not currently up and must be dialed.
With dialin-only setups, Active and Always don't appear different as
there are no dialable remote IPs for which constant ARP proxying would
be necessary. But if you have dialout profiles which use IPs from your
ethernet range you must use Always so that they can be dialed at all.
