FWIW - I ran into this same problem with a P130 - it only has enough room
fro about 20 people as well (using NAT).  We had to turn NAT off and use
Micro$oft Win Proxy for NT.  A P130 and a 20 user limit - wow, that would
be nice bandwidth! ;)
