(ASCEND) Drop Kick
We have a similar problem running 5.0Ap48 -- some of our clients
can run 100% utilization and the second channel never comes up.
We have a trouble ticket on this -- I hope you do too. Ascend
TAC usually tells me that they've never seen my problems before
yet people report similar or identical occurences HERE frequently.
As for how to rectify the problem, the best approach we've seen so
far is to replace our Ascend hardware with Cisco.
