(ASCEND) Any ideas on this? PPP Timeouts not working.



We've had a few customers complaining that they're not being cleared from the
ascend max 4xxx's when they disconnect... as a result, we now have one
disgruntled customer (at least) who is peaved that he has to pay for 14 hours
phone call because the idle timeout does not seem to be working... 
I have idle timeout set to 7 minutes, but it's not activating...
