Since there is no hope the Max will ever get a mature proxy-arp
implementation, you will have to set the arp-timeout in the cisco
to some 15 seconds. 
As an alternative you could consider writing a script that
seletivly clears the cisco arp table based ont the Radius-
Accounting start-record. (If you are a unix-shop)
