(ASCEND) problems with MAX4000 + OnRamp30

Hi,

I have a MAX4000 with 2 OnRamp30's installed.

It originally had 1 OnRamp30 on L1 and it was working fine.  The other was
installed today on L2 and everything went bad.

People only seem to be getting assigned to L2.  There were getting
assigned to L1 as well for a short time but then they all got
disconnected after about 20 minutes and no-one has been on since...

The Line Config's for both lines are identical.  There are also 60 IP's in
the IP-Pool. Apart from that, they were the only things that were modified
after the 2nd onramp was installed.

I was wondering if anyone may know what is going on and if there is any
other configuration that needs to be done?
