(ASCEND) warning message in 7.0.4

We just upgraded a Max 6000 from 6.1.3 to 7.0.4.  This 6000 is running 3
PRIs - ISDN only (no analog).
I am seeing the follow warning message in the fatal-history of the
Diagnostics.


WARNING:  Index: 106  Load: tbixkh.m60 Revision: 7.0.4
        Date: 04/21/1999.       Time: 20:15:39
        Location: b02b8920 b0342d24 b0342fe0 b034221c b034224c b0300310

It occured about 7 times all with the same timestamp, and it occurred
about 16 hours after the upgrade.
Any ideas what this could be?  So far things have been running fine - we
are running about 55 simultaneous users.
