(ASCEND) ethernet card resets

hi,
we have upgraded our MAX-TNT  from  2.1.26  to  7.0.4
Since then the ethernet card at slot 6 is reseting itself and sometime
even deleting the ip-interface  on the 100BaseT port.

We got on the fatal:
