RE: (ASCEND) Switching to Ascend MAX

Can you give information of the remote site equipment
deployed? Is it a Cisco device? It may be configured for HDLC
encapsulation... It's default in Cisco devices...
You may try to fix MRU size to 1500 and turn off link compression
in encap options. If all these do not work, try frame relay encapsulation.
