Re: (ASCEND) Switching to Ascend MAX



Hi again,

Our line is (only) 64K.

I have tried this idea, couldn't get it to work, I suspect I may be missing
some other parameter elsewhere, since no activity is seen on the serial wan
port. I think I tried most of the possibilities in the Ethernet->Connections
and on the Serial Wan parameters itself, no dice. At the moment the only
time I saw some data actual being sent to the Serial Wan port was when I
configured a Frame Relay connection, of course I couldn't establish a valid
connection, but at least I managed to see some data on the Serial Wan status
window :-|

I recieved also a partial configuration to work with from Ilke TEMIR
(thanks), it is from another OS, I adapted to my configuration, to no avail
too...

iproute show allways shows the gateway address(remote end ip address) trough
Wanidle0 ...

I forgot to mention, we're using TAOS 7.0.3 here. Maybe I should go "back"
...
