	Do all packets have the same delay time greater than 120 ? And
does your accounting client send accounting acknowledge to NAS. Your
NAS may be sending accounting packets more than once after a delay time 
if it can not receive acknowledge.
	Another reason can be the high "load average" of your radius
server. If radis srv. can not receive the accounting packet NAS will
send again later with a delay time.
	If you can give more info, we can consider other reasons.
