1 little small question. Why wouldn't you get the same number of PRI
channels than modems..(and then you wouldn't get that problem (unless a
modem goes bad (very unlikely)).You can order say 16 channels and get a 16
modem card..

Not with PRI, right? Because the Max should turn down the call (user will
get a BUSY or another box) when there are no modems when using PRI.
