These attributes are covered in the TNT 2.1.0 Release Notes.
The following are excerpts from that document:

 The Ascend-VRouter-Name attribute is comparable to the VRouter parameter
 in a Connection profile.

 Ascend-Source-Auth specifies a source IP address and associated billing
 code in the following form:
     Ascend-Source-Auth = "address/mask - authcode"
 where address/mask is the source address and netmask, and authcode is
 the billing code to be conveyed to the switch when a call is placed on
 behalf of a packet from the given source address.
