(ASCEND) New MAX user needs some help

Hi,

I'm starting an ISP and have managed to acquire a MAX 4000 with 6 V.34
cards installed (used). Unfortunately no Ascend books came with it.
The unit is running 4.6B and I have a PRI installed to it for testing.

The PRI looks good, D channel shows up OK, inbound calls are shown on the
console so I know the PRI side is OK. When the calls are answered, they do
show as answered on the console, but I do not connect to one of the analog
modems.I do get a flat answer tone though. This is where I need
assistance as I think I am just getting connected as an ISDN call (??)

I assume I must assign the inbound calls to a modem group or individual
modem, I've played around with this but have not been successful. Would
anyone have suggestions on the next step for me to go to?
