(ASCEND) Second line usage on ISDN

Hi, 

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. I have Pipeline 85's
comming into a MAX4000, This all works fine, but when I use Radius to
authenticate, the second line does not come up when the usage increases.
I expect that I need to set come attributes in the radius profile, I am
using CLID to authenticate and have the following in the user file

1234X567890 Password = "Ascend-CLID" User-Service = Dialout-Framed-User
        Framed-Protocol = PPP
        User-Name = nick
        Ascend-Maximum-Channels = 2
        Ascend-Target-Util=70

Anyone any idear's ?
