(ASCEND) P50 fatal errors?

I've got a wierd problem with my P50 (w/switch). I get a fatal error like
this:

FATAL ERROR:  Index: 2  Load: b.p50 Revision: 6.0.2
        Location: 0019b908 0016c4d8 0016531a 001658ec 0016c19c 0016c43e

SYSTEM IS UP:  Index: 100  Load: b.p50 Revision: 6.0.2

The odd thing is that it happens:

o On intervals of 1h 31m 46s, almost exactly, according to syslog entries
of "Ethernet Up". All reboots are in the range of 1h 30m apart.

o BUT, only if there are no sessions up. I've been connected for 35 hours
recently when a rouge computer kept the demand dial line up. 

Any ideas where to start? I've already upgraded to 6.0.2. Do I need to
give this box a brain wipe and start over?
