You drive to the NOC (if necessary), put in the spare parts needed, reboot
the server and drive home. 99% of the time, a single component failure 
in the Netapp is self-recovered.

Netaps are DESIGNED to run 99.9999% uptime, iE about 10 minutes a YEAR
of downtime, including repairs.

I don't worry about it much at all. ;-)
