I've been told that due to memory limits in the P25
it will not receive any of the new features in 6.0,
which I can accept, there aren't many new features anyway.
but no one has yet said officially whether 5.XX 
is the end of the life of the p25, and after all, 
we're still waiting for the IP only builds too...
