(ASCEND) 5.0ap42 Disconnect problem?

About a week ago, we upgraded to 5.0ap42. 

Last night, our second PRI on our Max 4000 would accept a call from
a user... then, the user would be immediately disconnected..?  

We've never seen this problem before...  after a reboot, the problem 
has disappeared.... at least for now.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?   Is 6.0.0 stable enough to upgrade to?

Any suggestions?
