4.5Cp13 for the Multiband Plus and VSX has been given to support and
manufacturing.  This release contains the following:

Corrections:
TR 1647: BRI B-channel stayed in “r” state, switch type=Japan.
TR 3179: Second channel of second channel call failed using Ext2 dialing.

Enhancements:
CSELT changes are included in this release.
