(ASCEND) TNT Radius accounting with 2.1.0

We're running TNTs with 2.1.0 and 8 Euro-ISDN E1's. The E1's are
provided by a telco who also provide lines being served by MAX 4000's.
The Radius accounting servers for the TNTs and the MAX 4000's are the
same.

I'm seeing two problems:

1) Caller ID is not turning up in the accounting records from the TNTs,
   it does from the MAX 4000's (for what it's worth, we've set the
   answer->clid-auth-mode to no, and for the lines e1 { 1 1 1..8 } we
   have line-interface->caller-id = get-caller-id.

2) We do not get the Ascend-First-Dest accounting data, which turns
   out to be a major loss for our support people.

Any suggestions?
