In the 5.0Ai8 release notes, there's listed a new feature that puts
the Ascend-Modem-PortNo and Ascend-Modem-SlotNo into a RADIUS accounting
Stop packet.  I don't see this in 5.0Ap20 (or in 5.0Ap16).  Is this a
feature that hasn't left the 'i' branch yet (like XmitRate)?
