(ASCEND) Anyone doing this or similar ??

Hi folks,

Currently here in australia to split to ensure permanent modem
connection always have modem availablity I put my per modem
connections on a bru card and put my permanent isdn customers into my
main dialin group on the pri's, thus releasing modems for the bri's.

Now I can remember reading something (a while ago) about drop &
insert with the max4000,and just wondered whether this might be an
alternative way of doing a similar thing, by redirecting certain
numbers out of the main group to another max or maybe even the same
max...

Am I barking up the wrong tree, I should I investigate further on
this one ??
