FYI...

 A _possible_ issue with upgrading a Max 4004\DM-12 to Max
4004\56k-somethings :) and 5.0Ap6 to 5.0Ap16... the entry for
Ethernet\Mod Config\Accounting\Acct was set to TACACS+ after upgrade.
Prior to upgrade it was set to Radius...

Something to check...
