Dito. Currently we have a situation where it happens _immediately_. Even
after a reboot of the Max1800. And we have a web site on the other end
where you can repeatedly see how the TCP conn effectively stalls.

And the most strange thing: when disabling Stac on the links, at least
TCP works again without problems.

We are doing routing only and see the same. I also have information from
others who see it. Disabling Stac cures it a bit.

This is weird. We actually had customers who thought we are braindead because
we replaced two P400 with one 1800 and their whole production network did
effectively break. No known such problems was what Ascend had to say.
It's the first time I hear about this sync problem, and it really seems
to be what struggles us as well.
