Comparing apples to oranges isn't fair.  I was talking about ISP 
software, which is what the person originally asked.  ISPs on unix
typically sing the "free" song.  Most have experience with UNIX and
don't mind fiddling with the perl scripts and such.  Its a different
market for NT.  Most are NOT that experienced and just want turn-key
solutions.
