Still no dice.

I've upgraded our TNT to 1.3Ap2, livingston radius 2.01, and this in the
radius file:


blah    Password = "bleh"
        User-Service = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Routing = None,
        Ascend-Maximum-Channels = 1,
        Ascend-Maximum-Call-Duration = 480,
        NAS-Port-Type = Async,
        Ascend-Idle-Limit = 1200


The user still manages a 64K MPP ISDN connection.  This is not good :)
Not good at all....  

I want this guy to connect ONLY at 33.6K analog.
