That's a back-door way to connect to the MAX200+ anyway. The main way we
designed it to be configured was with the associated configurator. It
can talk to the MAX over the LAN and then configure it that way. Once
configured, you can telnet to it like any other MAX product.
I guess you don't like Windows machines eh? (The configurator is a
Windows based application).
