This is in RockWell's hands. Ascend being I belive Rockwell's biggest
customer is applying heat to rockwell, and I'm sure that we will 
see V.FC back into the OS here shortly, 

If anyone remembers Rockwell did this to Ascend when the 33.6 code
came out.
