Linode is fantastic.  You can get a decent VPS for $20 a month and it has everything you'll need for a webserver.  Additionally they give you 200GB bandwidth to start.  The only trade off is that you have to manage the server yourself since its a VPS... but I personally don't look at that as a negative.  I've been using Linode for a few years and I can't think of a time when they raised prices.
