I don't know about Fedora, but for Ubuntu 10.04 you can get 2.6.34
from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.34-lucid/
(Yes, that's "Ubuntu 10.04", not "Unbuntu 10.4".)
