The Linux Documentation project has a Hard Drive Upgrade HOWTO. Moving from a single disk to a RAID set isn't really any different once you have the RAID setup. Setup your partitions and RAID, copy files over, set the RAID set to be bootable, shutdown, remove old drive, cross fingers, power on. :) -- Andrew S.
