I would have to disagree with the comment that Dell has changed the 20 pin mobo connector. I just compared an old HP Pavilion power supply with that inside of a Dell Optiplex GX260 and the wire color codes are exactly the same. So unless Dell is using a different color code for their power supplies, any ATX compatible power supply should work in a Dell PC.
