What agreement?  If you didn't sign a contract, then you have no
agreement with Microsoft.  The OEM agreement is between the OEM and
Microsoft, not Microsoft and the end user.  You are free to disregard
any agreements you are not party to and use the software within the
bounds of copyright law.
