It's an Adaptec, althought I forget the model number.  I'm not
familiar with if one can load an adaptec module, if so what would it
be?  modprobe adaptec or something similar?  This and the tape drive
are the only scsi device in the system.

I copied over the DIR_COLORS file from my Slack 9.1 to Slack 9.0 box. 
What happened is the mpg and mpeg files were being listed as white
text which doesn't show up well on a white xterm background.  =P
