Guess I've been burned by Kudzu too many times.. 'course, I haven't 
actually used it in the last couple years, because it kept trying to load 
the wrong drivers on me.

'course, I also generally purchase cards that I know the driver for 
(d-link cards with tulip chipsets, e100/1000's, and 3c59x's), so it's 
not a problem to know which driver to use.
