Ah yes... The PUC.. The PUC does wonders for keeping telco's on their toes. Go here: http://www.puc.state.mn.us/ Oh, and make sure next time you're on the phone with McCleod or any other phone company, and they give you any crap, ask them for the number for the PUC.
