Call up Visi.com and ask for John in sales.  He was very good at
getting his account reps at Qwest to actually do work and run a real
DSL line test for me.  He may be able to do the same for you.  Also,
try that website that was mentioned earlier, www.dslreports.com, I
believe.  Just remember that the automatic qualification programs
don't always give true results.  The actual line test is the key.
Plus, you don't have to go with Qwest for your DSL service.  There is
Northpoint and Covad available as well.

If DSL doesn't work, you've got RoadRunner from TimeWarner or
MediaOne...
