Hmmm. Unfortunately, there isn't.  Even if you do get a static
hostname from a service like dyndns.org, the metaserver only looks up
the IP address once and stores it for however long it is running. If
you're IP address changes, you're out of luck.

Metaserver solicitation just produces the multiple entries, like you
have noticed.

And running a netrek server in general would be problematic unless you
can guarantee your IP address lease won't expire during the length of
a game.  That isn't hard for a planned pickup game, but for a 24-hour
pickup server it is.
