Hmm.  I will see if I can increase the timeout to 30 seconds.
Also, please try to upload to ftp://ftp.netrek.org/pub/netrek/incoming/
as I check that more frequently.

bigbang's archive got merged with ftp.netrek.org.  I am going to merge
cad's archive, too, as it seems to have disappeared.
