I produced it with both of these. So I have to add them back to the
list.  But due to conflicting bug reports as replys to my original
message (mainly from d4sand), and the weirdness I saw when I
reproduced them in INL and pickup modes, I'm leaning towards something
more going on as well as these two.  I'll keep looking.
