[VANILLA-L:922] metaserver.eu.netrek.org access?

I received 10 email today demmanding(!) that I fix the metaserver. Go
figure.

Anyway, instead of explain to them that I do not run the metaserver I
pointed them to metaserver.eu.netrek.org (this is what I thought the
solicit code worked).

Now, I am getting flammed. :-( People do not know how to make their
clients look at the metaserver.eu.netrek.org for information. 

I looked at the cow client, and I do not see a command line option to
look at any metaserver other then the compiled in default.

Is there a way in cow and/or BRMH to look at a different metaserver
via the command line?
