	Disable Plug & Play, if you can.  I know with 3Com cards, there's a
configuration utility that you can run off of a bootable floppy that will
allow you to set IRQ, disable PnP, and test the cards to make sure they're
OK.
	Otherwise, many modern BIOSes have settings whereby you can force PnP
devices to take certain IRQs or enforce delays & prioritizing in order to
keep two devices from snagging the same interrupt.  Just make sure you keep
track of what changes you've made, in case you find yourself accidentally
disabling IDE or something.
	Finally, there's a utility called "isapnp" that I've heard can be useful in
these circumstances.  I've never used it though, so you'll have to read the
manual or ask someone else...
