Can't boot Windows 98

Hi everyone,

Yesterday night I installed Red hat 5.1 into my second hard drive, during 
the installation of Lilo, it suggested that I can boot either OS, but after 
restarting the computer I can boot linux from the boot disk (I accepted as 
a recovery), otherwise my monitor is filled with 0's and 1's, how can I get 
my Windows back. I really appreciate your help, this my first time 
installing!
