That would be if you wanted to run Linux/Alpha or Linux/x86 binaries --
of course you'd need a kernel patch and/or an emulator to do that.
However, inasmuch as the OS and the apps and libraries are
POSIX-compliant, some messing around with the source and then compiling
it should do the trick.
