Do the banner ads come from a different host / domain?  I'm just playing
with some IP filtering stuff and read something where someone said they
set it up to filter packets from annoying advertisers.  So, you could do
what you suggest, if there's a way to tell those packets from the others.

I really liked the idea -- IP filtering for another good reason besides
security!  (If you remember that censorship is the purview of the people
and not the tools...)
