General Nanosystems has about the same thing (without casters) for
$120.  Mine is a full tower, solid steel with both panels removable,
standard beige but it has a nice layout for building your own PC.  It
was the only one I could buy there that had a 300W power supply.  It is
not an In-Win, however, it is an A-Open.
