Tran Micro has a pretty sexy-looking full tower for $99 (w/o power supply;
in case you want to buy one of the quiet ones from PC Power&Cooling); or
$149 w/ 275w PS; or $249 with dual hot-swappable PSes.
has a drive bay door, and casters. (I think) both side panels come
off. looks pretty well laid-out inside. I'm going to get one for my next
computer; unless I have enough money to splurge on PC Power & Cooling's full
tower (~$300 w/o PS; ~$450 with chrome bezel and casters); which is rather
expensive, but looks very well designed.
if money was no object, I'd look at Siliconrax's (www.siliconrax.com)
towers... the fan arrangements (3 huge fans on top of the case, blowing
downward) are very cool; and they look very durable... but they're ~$1600.
(primarily intended for commercial telephony applications, I think.)
cases are one of those things I'm really interested in. having had to work
on a lot of very bad case designs (read: every compaq I've seen); I'm kind
of particular about them now. :)
