Yeah - when the POS terminals went down at Radio Shack we had to write
manual tickets, slowed things down considerably. Long lines,
disgruntled people, merchandise walking off...icky
It's admirable that they did manage to do fairly well without their
systems online. Kind of makes me glad to know that NWA employees can
actually do things without the aide of computers when needed.
