I don't think it's "kill all" but you can use
abort all
up all

which should do the same thing.

read up on lpc.. it's your main tool for diagnosing lpr.

I wish I could use lprng, its' so much more functional than lpr, and seems
to be more stable.  but i have problems with it and redhat
printfilters. (wich make my life really easy :)
